1 Introduction

SECC 2.0 developed by our company, the product is optimized based on the first

generation SEC C 1.0 product, Remove the extended hardware interfaces (such as voltage

and current temperature detection), Add some necessary functional circuits and hardware

interfaces (such as to meet the charging requirements of the American standard, Added a

circuit CC signal measurement circuit, Increased storage capacity, Can realize various logs

and record storage, etc.), And reduced the size of the circuit board, At the same time, it

added the support for ISO15118 DC EIM and AC EIM protocol on the software, So that it can

also be applied to AC charging piles.

3 Function and technical parameters

3.1 Function

  1. Support DIN7012-2014 DC charging protocol;
  2. Support ISO15118-2014 DC EIM DC charging protocol;
  3. Support ISO15118-2014 AC EIM AC charging protocol;
  4. Support for IEC61851-1 BC mode AC charging;
  5. DIN 70121 Agreement and IS015118 protocol can be automatically selected;
  6. AC charging and DC charging mode are configured by software parameters orhardware switches;
  1. AC charging AC EIM, mode and BC mode automatic selection;
  2. The communication protocol with the main control of the charging pile is a custom protocol, which can be expanded according to the requirements;
  1. Real-time output of diagnostic information from the serial port to facilitate fault diagnosis;

  4. 1-way CAN communication interface,used for communication and software upgrade with the charging pile main controller;
  5. 1-channel RS232 communication interface, used for log output and software upgrade
  6. Two temperature sensors collect input for temperature monitoring of the charging gun. This interface is reserved interface,can be according to customer needs to choose welding or not welding;
  7. According to the standard requirements, reserved over the zero detection interface;
  8. CAN 2.0 interface,baud rate support 100/125/250/500 kbps;
