The 110kW 540V Motor Control Unit is built with imported raw materials and high-performance MOSFETs integrated into a full metal shielding and aluminum mold heat dissipation structure. To optimize thermal efficiency, the system utilizes an aluminum substrate configuration where the MOSFETs are mounted onto the aluminum base before being assembled onto the PCB. This design allows for a small physical footprint while maintaining high operating efficiency, low temperature rise, and minimal current consumption. For system compatibility and control, the unit features a built-in self-learning function, supports field-weakening capabilities without using magnetic materials, and provides dual mobile platform compatibility with both Android and iOS applications.
